Digital Marketing Services

Due to the time and resources involved, payments for completed work are generally non-refundable.

If work has not yet started, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

Website Development

Project deposits are non-refundable once planning or development has begun.

If a project is cancelled, clients are responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Mobile App Development

Development payments are non-refundable for completed milestones.

Any remaining unpaid milestones will be cancelled if the project is terminated.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, all sales are generally final.

Refunds may only be issued if:

  • The product was not delivered.
  • The purchased file is corrupted and cannot be replaced.
  • Duplicate payments were made.

Subscription Services

If subscription-based services are offered, cancellation terms will be described in the applicable service agreement.

Chargebacks
